Frank Gallo - "Feathered Hat" Framed Ltd Edition 117/200 ($11,400) EXQUISITE For your consideration is ----- "Feathered Hat" by the American artist Frank Gallo. Purchased from Circle Fine Art Gallery in the 1980's. “Feathered Hat” is limited to an edition of 200, numbered 1/200 through 200/200, plus 20 artist’s proofs, numbered AP 1/20 through AP 20/20. The edition was pulled under the supervision of the artist at his studio in Champagne Urbana, Illinois, in 1980. The clay cast, plastic mold, epoxy die and silicone mold have been destroyed. Each example in the edition was signed by the artist and bears the embossed logo of Circle Fine Art Corporation, on verso. “Feathered Hat” is also copyrighted by Frank Gallo, which is hand stamped in grey ink on right lower corner verso. Exquisitely framed as shown. 43" wide and 54" high; frame measures 50-1/4" wide by a bit over 62" high.
