This is a very interesting view of an artists studio. More likely the one who' signature is on the bottom right corner. Looks to be Pat Taynor. It is in good shape. Oil on Canvas. It is in the artist made frame and is 26" by 20." Condition is as shown. Please look at all photos to form your own opinion of quality and condition. Overall, I would say this is in VG condition with no major problems. As with most vintage paintings, it might benefit from a cleaning, it is ready to hang and enjoy. US ship only.
