They are pressed from vintage molds and then ground, painted, and painstakingly detailed by hand. The paint is permanent high-temperature fired enamel. This is a fabulous and beautiful button - it has a conical shape and the mold features a lot of fine detail and gives it a dramatic look. They have a wonderful 3-D quality. Each measures approx. 32mm (1 1/4") wide and has a glass shank. They are reverse painted with a rainbow colored glitter enamel that shines through under clear glass. On top are bright gold accents. They make wonderful embellishments to clothes, knits, hats, crafts, and can even be used in jewelry making!! We specialize in limited edition Czech buttons.
