Vintage EZ Way industrial ring sizer tool. Item has some corrosion as pictured. Needs cleaned up. All seems to work as intended. Handle interchanges and moves both ends. Most of the material that looks like corrosion on the bottom plate is actually semi hardened lubrication and comes off. A small amount of it is corrosion.
