This is the SlimSCSI from Adaptec, dating back to 1994. This is a 16 bit PCMCIA to Fast SCSI 2 adapter for laptops and other systems that still have PCMCIA slots. As shown, it is still new and sealed in its shrinkwrapped box. The box itself has some shelf wear from age and normal handling over the past 2 plus decades. See pictures for details. The specs printed on the back of the box list compatibility with MS-DOS 5.x and 6.x, Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups 3.1 and 3.11, and DR DOS 6.0. Whether or not it will work with any modern Windows or Linus operating systems, I have no idea.
