3yr OTTB Lease or Sale - $2,500 - (Swarthmore, PA)

I have a cute three year almost four year ottb gelding that I am looking to lease out or potentially sell to the right home. He is an awesome horse lightly restarted. Nice ground manners and willing to work and learn. I am currently pregnant and really dont want to have to sell him so a lease is preferred.
