Join Mary at Rino Yoga Social and explore and embrace the fluidity inherent within your own Nature in a vinyasa flow class set to a funky and playful music. This 75 minute class will include an opening Celtic meditation, essential oils, a water themed asana practice, and a singing bowl meditation transitioning into our closing Savasana.
