SOME WEARING OFF OF PAINT ON WOODEN PARTS OF DOLL. THERE IS FLESH COLORED PAINT RETOUCH ON NECK BELOW HER BLACK HAIRLINE. ONE SMALL CHIP ON RIGHT SIDE OF HEAD BELOW HAIRLINE, WHICH HAS BEEN RETOUCHED WITH FLESH COLORED PAINT. I CAN FIND CRAZE LINES ON THE ACTUAL BLACK PART OF HER HEAD ONLY WHERE IT MEETS THE FLESH COLORED PARTS OF HER NECK AND CHEEKS. JOINTS IN THIS DOLL ALL WORK VERY WELL. I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE OF THESE PARTICULAR DOLLS IN THIS GOOD OF CONDITION FOR YEARS. CAMEO MADE TWO TYPES OF THE BOOP DOLL(CHILD) AND (WOMAN). THIS ONE(CHILD) IS MUCH MORE RARE THAN THE TYPE WITH THE PAINTED ON DRESSES(WOMEN). CAMEO MADE SMALLER NUMBERS OF THE CHILD. NOTE: CAMEO MADE A VARIATION OF THIS CHILD DOLL IN THE 1930's WITH THE BLACK MOLDED SHOES AS PICTURED.
