2018 Heartland Regional Conference - Phi Kappa Tau - N.A. - (Kirksville, MO)

Regional Conferences are a one-day leadership development and officer training program. Regional Conferences are focused on preparing incoming officers to be strong and effective leaders throughout the year. The program educates participants on leadership development, an overview of Fraternity operations and the day-to-day tasks of the particular offices. The one-day conferences have curriculum tracks for officers. Officers encouraged to attend are: president, vice president, vice president of alumni relations, treasurer, membership orientation officer, risk management chairman, recruitment chairman, scholarship chairman, and a general officer track.
