Vtg 70s Brown Suede Women's Hush Puppies, Fringe, Mod! 9.5, Crepe Platform Soles - $78 - (Madison, IN)

A vintage pair of brown suede Hush Puppies, with just enough of a platform sole to give them style. Fringe around the opening of the shoe. These show little sign of wear--a real find. Squarish mod toe. The size is not marked on the shoe, but handwritten on the insole is "9 1/2 M." This seems accurate to me, although they might be slightly narrow by current standards. Note: The insole is curling up at the edges in each of these shoes. I doubt this would affect comfort; but the insoles could be glued down if desired.
