Vintage "TUTTLE & BAILEY" Cast-Iron- Heat Register w/Louvers - $90 - (Ipava, IL)

You are bidding on the vintage "TUTTLE & BAILEY M'F'G' CO' N.Y." heat register pictured. It is made of cast iron and has fully functional cast iron louvers. Top grate measures 19" X 14" and would fit a 17" X 12" opening. Has light surface rust overall and a few spots of minor pitting. I tried to show in pictures as well as I could. I did not try to disassemble it completely as the screws seemed rusted in but could be taken apart with a little effort. Could be painted with a rust inhibitor type paint or sandblasted and painted. Weighs 21 lbs. 7 oz. A very good solid item.
