Here is a lovely Breakfast Set in Booth's "Dovedale" Pattern, in beautiful condition, with colors clear and bright, and the gold trim intact. The set includes a Large Juice Pitcher, a Medium Milk Pitcher, 5 Single Egg Cups and 11 Cup and Saucer Sets. Counting the Cups and Saucers as one item, there are 18 Items in this beautiful lot. Booth's Dovedale pattern was made in England based on the colors of classic Japanese Imari porcelains; the design is rich and bold, and the colors are earthy and tasteful on a field of creamy white with heavy gold trim. The handsome scalloped shape adds a sculptural dimension to the composition, and is so much more interesting than plain, smooth wares. It is now discontinued.
