Come join us on a journey with sacred sound. Mark Placzkowski utilizes 5 gongs and Himalayan singing bowls to create an atmosphere of vibration that can carry you into a deep meditative state. A multitude of frequencies are created which bring the brain into theta and delta levels where we access our deeper subconscious. These are key states for healing, regeneration, and connecting with our true selves. During the gong meditation emotional and physical transformation is produced as it reduces tension, releases blocks, and stimulates circulation. Clearing nerve endings and regenerating the parasympathetic system which is ruled by sound.
