2nd Annual Let's Talk Autism Seminar "The Transition from High School to - N.A. - (Newport News, VA)

For the 2nd year A Brighter Side to ASD, LLC will be hosting our Let's Talk Autism Seminar. This year the seminar will be centered around preparing your middle-schooler or high schooler with the tools and details needed to step into adulthood with a plan and confidence to be successful. This year we have special guest, noted public speaker, radio show host, Author of "Behind The Locked Door: Understanding My Life as an Autistic, Paul Louden. We are super excited to have Paul come inspire our parents and describe his life living with Autism as well as the importance of early planning and preparation when stepping jnto a new phase of Autism, becoming an Autistic Adult. We also have a representative from Didlake organization, a provider of contract services and rehabilitative services for individuals with developmental disabilities as well as a variety of other disabilities. They will instruct parents on the proper steps to take to prepare your child for services once they become an adult.
