Gender Equity and Youth Empowerment: An Interactive Conference - N.A. - (Ann Arbor, MI)

This half-day conference will engage young people in the areas of gender equity and youth empowerment. The conference is designed to inspire, enlighten, and empower young people to think more deeply about gender equity and the messages we receive from our culture. Students will experience an inspirational keynote, reflect on big ideas, engage in workshops, and work in teams to create interactive projects that display what they have learned. The conference is free and open to students from Ann Arbor area middle and high schools. Registration is limited; please sign up early! RSVP deadline is Monday, February 26.
