What you need to complete your rear derailleur only vintage bicycle needing a right down tube shift lever. Wing bolt and cover plate are pristine and the clamp has no apparent spread marks. I thought this to be NOS but there are ever so slight cable markings in the lever's cable slot. See the photos for condition.
