You are looking at one of the "Innocent youth" chromo-lithos from the 1870s--early Victorian period signed Anderson. Spectacular black walnut/mahogany original frame of the same period--deep dish with gold gilt interior frame--untouched and original... Sizewise--the wonderful frame is 18x16 inches and the chromo itself is 10 inches by 12 inches...I have another in the same frame for sale as well at athe same time--so if you like--check out the rest of my items...
