This listing is for the stand pole CLUTCH replacement part. The diameter of top end's rim (open space) measures approx. 5/8" Across. The diameter of the other end's rim (open space) measures approx. 7/8" Across. There are threads inside, located near the top. See pictures for details. Pictures taken with and without flash. Part is in GOOD, USED condition. Spring still has tension. Cleaning; left for the buyer.
