Vintage Made in Japan Blue Bird Chick Measuring Tape Pin Cushion Figurine 3763 - $45 - (Waitsburg, WA)

Vintage Made in Japan(?) Blue bird/chick ceramic pin cushion and tape measure. It is marked 3763 on the back. No chips or cracks, a few areas of missing paint. The bottom is coming off a little. I didn't pull the tape measure all the way out, so I don't know how long it is.
