Sale is for a used HP HPE MSM720 Access Controller J9693A wifi controller with 20 AP mgmt licenses installed. Tested and reset to factory default. This MSM720 has an extra 10 AP mgmt license installed - total of 20 AP mgmt licenses NOTE: This MSM720 Access Controller does not have a Premium License. Premium License is included with MSM720 Mobility Controllers. Screenshot shows an MSM422 and an MSM313 adopted and synchronized. The MSM422 requires one of the 20 AP mgmt licenses, an MSM313 does not. So on this controller, you can have up to 20 MSM4xx and/or MSM5xx APs plus up to 20 MSM313s to a max of 40 APs. The MSM313 is old, but it is 802.11BG and could be useful in small office area HP 12 volt power supply included Rack mounts are NOT included Controller has newest hp msm version V6.6.8 software loaded. Good replacement unit for an old slow 20-AP MSM710 that's been running for years. MSM720 has much NEWER firmware!!! That works with both older MSM 3xx 4xx APs AND the newest high speed HP APs like the 560 and 517 802.11ac models and 425 802.11n APs. Screenshots are typical of the web mgmt interface of the systems for sale, so you know the unit boots to the browser interface and also shows 20 available AP mgmt licenses.
