1951 Denoyer-Geppert J2rp Europe Physical Political Series Map Pull Down School Wall Map Canvas Backed Made in USA This Map is in overall excellent condition, being 66 years old. Color is vibrant and the Map measures 43" x 60" long with a 6" Vinyl Border on the bottom. The bottom pole measures 47". The top pole also known as the Map Roller has a strong spring in it, mounting bracket is present, in great working condition and included. The edges show a few water stains at lower right and left edges. There are black stains ( could be old paint?) in the bottom vinyl coated strip... probably can be reduced/ removed with a little patience. Overall this is a beautiful map worthy of display. Vibrant color crisp and clean except for the above mentioned small flaws. Clean, no tape or water marks. Needs a little dusting/ wiping, there are a few minor stains.
