Vintage Male Mannequin Bust Full Size Head Hand Painted - $280 - (Elizabeth City, NC)

Uncertain of maker or era. I believe this mannequin is plaster and hand painted or air brushed. I purchased it originally from a seller in France. Selling because I do not get enough use from it. Great display for men's hats. The mannequin has beautiful detail to the face and hair.
