Room or basement for rent - $700 - (Rochester, MN)

My husband and I are about to move into another house in country club manor. Will have keys next week. We have a bedroom that we are renting out for 700 or 1000 for the whole basment which is a room, bathroom and living room. Everything included in those prices except cable as we dont have that. We would share kitchen. We are looking for someone clean and respectful and tends to keep to themselves and doesnt have alot of people over. Our house is not a party pad. We will run a background check as the safety of our kids is our first priority. No smoking, drinking or drugs. If this sounds like a good fit let me know and we could set something up. We can furnish the room for an extra $100 a month. We'll have pictures soon. Will be availabile for move in 2 weeks. You can also have some garage storage if you need it. Youll have street parking. Security deposit equal to first months rent required.
