Up for auction this staircase manufactured in Chillicothe, MO. Buyer will be responsible for removing from building and taking apart. Building will be demolished after removal. Platform measures 6ft x3.5ft. Steps are 12" deep with 7.5" rise and are 3 ft. wide. Staircase is 11 ft. tall and has 18 steps. The rails that have been removed from the top are available but not pictured. See pictures for details and message me with questions. There are some broken areas which I have tried to photograph. Local pick up only. Located in Utica Missouri. I have found someone who will remove the staircase for an additional $200 if interested.
