Very interesting Devonian brachiopod fossil from West Virginia. In addition to the beautiful brachiopod fossil, rock shows multiple tentaculite impressions and a brachiopod impression on the reverse side. This matrix is extremely soft so handle with care. Approximate overall measurements are 2.5" x 4" x 1". I'm out there collecting and cutting these great rocks myself and writing about it at zookeeperfossils on Blogger. eBay sales help support my rockhounding habit.
