Just put a solid liner on the bottom and 14 perforated liners on top, then put in your kitty litter, when the litter is dirty you simply just lift up the top liner and the perforated holes pop open to allow the clean litter to sift through and the clumps stay in the dirty liner which you then just toss in the garbage!! This will make your litter last 50% longer than tossing all of it everytime you clean your box and is easier than scooping. The liners measure 36" X 40" and the pack contains 30 liners (28 perforated sheets and 2 solid sheets) a large rubberband is included with every 30 pack.
