The collection includes three pairs of stamp ornaments issued by the U. S Postal Service in 1989, 1990, and 1991, as well as 39 stamp ornaments created by The Heritage Collections, Ltd from 1993 to 2012. Each pair contains one traditional and one religious Christmas stamp issued by the U. S Postal Service for that year. (For 2003, there is only the traditional stamp ornament.) Each ornament has a red ribbon for hanging. The Heritage Collections stopped producing the ornaments after 2012, presumably after the demise of its Founder and Chairman, Roger Williams Dudley.
