Fenton #7661H2 Burmese Gauley River Sunrise Cameo Sand Carved Vase - $500 - (Greenville, MI)
A very nice Fenton vase is offered here for bidding! It is a Fenton Burmese #7661H2 Gauley River Sunrise sand carved cameo vase, by Kelsey Murphy, and is number 117 of only 375 made. It has a Fenton logo, is signed on the base by "Kelsey", and is from 2006. It measures 8.75"H x 5"D and tapers down to the 3.5"D base. The Burmese color is in the pink to yellow and back (you can see the layers in the picture from above) and the sand carving provides the unique cameo, 3-D appearance. I picked this up at an estate auction w/o the original box or paperwork. It originally sold for $595.00 when it was released and of course is no longer being produced by Fenton.
