This is a mint condition, NWT navy blue dress by JJ's House. It has semi-sheer sleeves with elastic at base and a deep-ish V in the back. It has bust darts and slimming lines, with beading and bling all the way around the neckline, cascading down the sleeves a few inches. There are 3 thin layers of fabric to this dress. It is marked a size 16 but please purchase based only on measurements below as this appears to run closer to a size 14.
