MAX is from the second edition of the Robert Raikes Series. This 1986 series captures the gaiety of the 1890s. MAX is a real 'ole time card dealer sporting the traditional visor, black corduroy vest and garter over a white cuffed red and white striped shirt. His face has no scrapes or scratches. The white spot in photo is reflection. He is numbered 8308/15000. His hang tag is still attached. He comes with original box, Certificate of Authenticity, along with the original catalog/brochure. This qualifies him as New In Box. The box is in greatcondition considering its 30+ years old. He is in excellent condition and has been stored for several years since we moved and I lost my Bear Room. He is hand signed in gold on his foot. My friend knew Robert Raikes. We piled all our bears we had at the time in their motorhome and visited him in Mt Shasta. He autographed them all.
