Vintage Decorative Plate. It is marked on the bottom Portugal.This is an estate item, lots of crazing. I'm not an expert in all things so if you have any questions please ask before you bid. I'll do everything possible to answer your additional questions as I have given the best description I can and want a happy satisfied buyer. I think the photos say it all though. Please look at the pictures well as they provide better details than I can.
