This is used and shows use. Has some remaining dust/debris from use. Some scuffs & markings present. Some surface rust present on the metal. Some of the metal is bent from twigs. No attaching hardware. Still good shape and has plenty of life left. Came off my Troy-Bilt 47282 Chipper Vac, 5HP.
