ESTATE VICTORIAN Antique Bisque FASHION DOLL 16 Inch SONNENBERG Closed Mouth C.1880. This rare doll is out of an estate, and the bisque head is in great condition with no damage or repairs - it is marked "136" on the back(see pics - some wear). She has her original kid skin body, which has moderate scuffing and some tape on her upper right arm. She has her original pate and mohair wig, and hand blown paperweight brown eyes. Her outfit includes a genuine 10K gold Victorian pearl pin (one tiny pearl is missing), and her dress has been beautifully redone, and it is lined. This mold is a French type head (believe it to be by Sonnenberg), and it lists in the 2006 Foulke doll price guide for apprx $2100 (page49). We are offering her for much less with no reserve, and she would make a great addition to a collection, or an amazing gift (Christmas is just around the corner). Don't miss out on this one.
