Vintage Hand Carved Bowl with Handcrafted Folk Art Fruit - $15 - (Bay St. Louis, MS)

A 2" by 2" wooden bowl holds 4 tiny fruits. I am not sure what the fruit is crafted of, prehaps paper mache. There is a cluster of 2 strawberries, an avocado, a cluster of 2 oranges and a cluster of white fruit on a stem. Each fruit group is 2" in length. This is a tiny and precious collectable set. I cannot track down its origin or age but appears to be 50s or earlier, just by its style. I bought it at an antique store in Washington state so is probably, but not necessarily, West Coast folkart. A sweet addition to a folk art or home decor collection!
