This is a Victorian period (c1870s-90s) wall receipt hook/ hanger. It is ornate and well detailed in the Eastlake design. It is in the good original found condition with no known damage/s. The finish is worn but has the original patina. It can be hung vertical or horizontial. There is a patent date of November 1872.
