200 Year Old Master Violin - $2,000 - (Osseo, MN)

Here is a rare master violin from late 1700s early 1800s. It needs some small restoration, some openings on the sides glued, some cleaning, and a set up. No open cracks on the instrument. This violin will be something special once it’s all fixed up. The woods are gorgeous, some of the finest grained spruce Ive seen in a violin, with original varnish and beautiful patina. The workmanship is very fine! Maker and origin unknown, but a fine instrument that you rarely see.
