Exceptional Early Ivora Gouda Holland 1895 - 1910 Two Handled Porcelain Vase Urn - $45 - (Gold Beach, OR)
We are offering for auction an exceptionally nice antique porcelain vase or urn. It has a hand lettered mark in blue ~ 292/10 Ivora Gouda Holland with the incised mark in the clay of the number 292. My research on pottery hallmarks tells me that this mark was used from ca. 1895 to 1910 on porcelain. It has two handles with an all over white and blue floral design on a cranberry ground. Very shiny glaze and quite unusual. It measures 8 1/2" tall. It is in excellent used condition. One small bump on one of the arms which resulted in a small flat area where the glaze is missing.
