9 1/4" Papier Mache Apollo knot milliners model doll, ca. 1820's. This nearly 200 year old doll is nearly mint. All original including clothing. She still retains lace cap covering the Apollo knot. She has her original slippers - see photo. Wood jointed body has all fingers intact. This is the best example of this doll I have ever seen.
