Old Vintage or Antique Puppy Dog on Wheels maybe toy Dachshund Weiner Labrador - $400 - (Green Bay, WI)

Old Vintage or Antique Dog Figurine Figure, maybe a pull toy. around or over 4" tall at the head, around 6 1/2" to 6 3/4" long including tail and right around or a little over 3" at it's tallest point on the body / back near it's hips including the wheels. not sure of the dog breed, maybe a Black Lab / Labrador Retriever or Dachshund Wiener Dog. Reminds me of Steiff, but I do not know if it is. This is old and may have some wear or discoloration, missing one wheel.
