Hello, and welcome to this special auction for this wonderful musical instrument, a vintage Linton Bassoon. I hope the photos provided are able to give you an idea of the condition of the instrument, as well as everything that comes with it. There are two bocals, and one of them says "Linton" on it. We have taken this to a musical expert and this is what they told us about it: It was played in the 1930s and 40s. There is a crutch, cleaning rod and rag. It was refurbished 8 years ago and has not been played since, yet can be played with a warm tone!! Also vintage cork grease container and four reeds with the new carrying case. WOW! I am not an expert in musical instruments, so I might not know every answer to questions, but if you need any help with something that is written or stated on the instrument or the included items, I might be able to help, just ask.
