It has a hydraulic chip blade.It can come with the Factory wheel but is offered with our newest Rhino wheel capable of 4" per pass. We have a video doing a Fir stump that is 24" in diameter at top of stump and 60" at ground level, 18" above ground and was cut in 7 minutes to ground level.
