VINTAGE COLT SAA FLORAL CARVED BORDER TOOLED EL PASO SADDLERY? WESTERN HOLSTER - $625 - (Teague, TX)

This holster is fabulous and nearly identical to the El Paso Saddlery holster pictured in Packing Iron on page 113, except this one has no maker mark. It was probably made by the same company. It is made with light-weight russet skirting leather. This right handed holster has a slightly recurred throat with a curvilinear main seam. It has a top rivet and two rivets at the skirt and a toe plug. The pouch is hand-carved in a foliage and floral motif. The holster will fit the Colt Single Action 5 1/2” nicely. This is a great looking holster with a unique design.
