Up for auction is a Vintage Arabia Finland Hand Painted Valencia Pottery Covered Bowl / Tureen.Base is signed Arabia Finland and the artist's Initials - Ulla Procope (1921-1968). Beautiful Scandinavian design with rich cobalt blue glaze. Size: Overall height to top of lid finial 8 1/4" Height of bowl 4 7/8". Top diameter of bowl 9 5/8" (without handles). Width including handles 12". Condition: Overall excellent condition, with one condition issue to note -there is a small stain ( 1/4" diameter) located on the inside wall of the bowl (see photos #6 #7 & #5). No chips or cracks. Has very light glaze crazing on underside of base only- not easily seen, consistent with age (see photo #4). No other crazing, glaze is clean and shiny.This Arabia Finland Valencia Tureen is a wonderful Mid Century Modern find.Good Luck Bidding!
