ROY ORBISON LP ALBUM "ROCK HOUSE" ON SUN 1260 RECORDS RARE ALBUM Stunner EX+++ - $299 - (Spokane, WA)

Here is a superb copy of ROY ORBISON AT THE ROCK HOUSE - SUN LP 1260. This is the copy time forgot about. The vinyl looks unplayed.. I can see no visible marks. The sheen is wonderful.. the lablel are great. The record tracks well, sound fantastic. The jacket shows hints of surface wear.. ther are no splits, writing, tears, etc... I believe most people would agree that this vinyl is NM.. but I will back it off to EX+ and I would grade this jacket as EX. Good luck finding a nicer copy.. certainly investment quality. I recently acquired a number of rare Sun records in a local collection.. This is a rare opportunity. Money back guaranteed.
