Rare Italian Latticino Ribbon Art Glass All Original Electric Lamp w/Shade! - $688 - (Denver, IA)
Ultra rare 1920'or 30's Italian ribbon art glass with pink "ribbon" highlighted with glittering flakes or mica with white lattice between the bands of ribbon. This lamp is marvelous with the original shade as well as the original chimney. The lamp does work and the cord appears to be in great condition. The base of the lamp, not including the metal holder for the chimney, is 8" in height. The shade fits perfectly on the chimney, since it is original to the lamp, and is 7 1/2" in diameter. There are no chips or cracks that I can see or feel, other than a tiny spot on the inside of the lamp shade where it fits against the chimney. I can feel it with my finger, but don't see it. The base is white glass and has a raised spot to allow the cord to come out from under the lamp. This is a very rare and delicate lamp that we will double box for shipment. Normally, I will include other items in a shipment, but this lamp is far to fragile to add other items to the shipping box unless it is something small, like jewelry. I will provide the appropriate insurance. I no longer ship directly to China. If you wish to give me an address in the US to ship to, I will do that, but return privileges and insurance only apply to the address it was originally mailed to.
