This set commemorates the first expansion the Lego Factory in Monterrey, Mexico Only given to employees and contractors involved in the construction of Building Bof LOM (Lego of Monterrrey) in their plant in Mexico. This set rarely goes for sale, if you have to have it this is an excellent oportunity. This is a 4 year old set that has wear in the box (see pictures) and all of their seals intact this is a new and sealed set but NOT a MINT BOX set at all it has wear and creases.
