Antique Scenes In Action Corp. 1931 Metal Lighted Picture Motion Lamp. Item measures 10" tall 12" long 6"Wide and is in great condition but is missing the part that would make the water in the picture look like it was moving. It was a cover that would be placed over bulb and when it would get hot enouph it would start to turn. Also missing the metal cover to the back. The light turns on and does work.This is a very rare and valuable item but since it is missing those two parts im only asking for half of what it would go for.
