Civil War Reenactment Day Dress Size 6 Reproduction Print Nut Brown - $185 - (Nebraska City, NE)

Up for sale is a reproduction ladies Civil War costume. It features a bodice and skirt with cream colored undersleeves. The gown is lined with glazed floral chintz cotton (reproduction). The "V" bodice has lace at the collar, boned and fits snug. The pagoda sleeves are trimmed with braid and have undersleeves of a silky nature (probably synthetic fabric). The bodice back is a "V" and ends in a peplum secured with a single button. The skirt is lined and features a skirt/underskirt style, with deep gathers at the waist. Hook and eye closures throughout. This dress is small and was worn by woman in her late "teens". The skirt measures 22-24" waist x 38 1/2" length. The bodice top back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam is appr. 16 1/2". The length of bodice at back to peplum is appr. 17". I have a cotton hoop (reproduction) and crisp nylon petticoat (reproduction) and cotton bloomers also listed that can go with this dress).
