Description: Star Trek Talosian Head Authentic Prototype. Created by Mario Chiodo of Illusive Concepts before being mass produced in quantity of 7500. This latex bust was created using the same materials used in creating the original make-up for the Talosian character as in the Star Trek movie. This character was featured in the original classic Star Trek series of the 1960's. This prototype is not signed but Mario Chiodo but he has signed many other Star Trek and Star Wars collectibles for sale on my Ebay store. I've included a photo of him signing a Spock bust on 6/2/16. There is no certificate of authenticity since this is a prototype. Condition: Overall good condition. Some cracking in the latex, especially on the nose. Glue spots appear on the front of the bust. Base has minor paint loss on the corners. Does not come with medallion. See all photos for details. Measurements: 13" tall / Base is 10" x 14" On June 2, 2016, we loaded up a trailer with our private collection of Star Wars and Star Trek items and drove from King City, CA to Mario Chiodo's current studio, Chiodo Art Development, in Napa, CA.
