The set includes: 1890 $20 Carson City Double Eagle - Very Fine Condition 1891 $10 Carson City Eagle - About Uncirculated Condition 1892 $5 Carson City Half Eagle - About Uncirculated Condition 1855 $3 Indian Princess - Proof Like Condition 1906 $2.5 Philadelphia Liberty 1873 $1 Type 1 Open 3 Good Condition 1892 $1 Type III Good Condition Received this coin set as part of an estate I am liquidating. Included with the coins is a probate appraisal indicating the above specifications with coin grades. The appraisal indicated that the $3 could not be determined at the time time to be real or fake. Upon further examination, the $3 was discovered to have a teardrop on the cheek which made it likely to be authentic. In addition, the $3 was determined to be not a general strike but rather a cameo proof. The coins are ungraded. I have listed the $3 as proof like but am unable to reach a conclusion whether it is actually a general or specimen strike. Please ask any questions for clarification.
